These No-Bake S’mores Bars are ooey-gooey bites of heaven! With only 4 ingredients, they are easy to whip up. The recipe is Gluten-Free and Vegan-friendly!

- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows (( I found gluten-free from Whole Foods))
- 1 box Rice Chex Cereal ((gluten-free))
- 1/2 cup chocolate chip chunks (( dairy-free, vegan brand called Enjoy Life))
Instructions
- Start by melting coconut oil in large saucepan.
- Next add marshmallows and stir.
- Once marshmallows are melted, remove from stovetop.
- Fold in cereal and mix until completely combined.
- Now add the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Grease a pan with coconut oil. Pour the mixture into pan and press into the pan.
- Let stand for about 30 minutes. Once mixture has cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!!
