Description

This 4-ingredient, less than 5-minute Matcha Smoothie recipe is full of antioxidants, is easy to make, and delicious. Let’s get to it!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or macadamia milk. 
  • 1 cup organic baby spinach
  • 1  whole banana (frozen bananas are best)
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder (my fave one)
  • 1 cup ice (optional, but recommend it if your banana is not frozen)

Instructions

Just add your ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Yummmmmm.
