No-Bake S’mores Bars

Description

These No-Bake S’mores Bars are ooey-gooey bites of heaven! With only 4 ingredients, they are easy to whip up. The recipe is Gluten-Free and Vegan-friendly!


Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows (( I found gluten-free from Whole Foods))
  • 1 box Rice Chex Cereal ((gluten-free))
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chip chunks (( dairy-free, vegan brand called Enjoy Life))

Instructions

  1. Start by melting coconut oil in large saucepan.  
  2. Next add marshmallows and stir. 
  3. Once marshmallows are melted, remove from stovetop.  
  4. Fold in cereal and mix until completely combined. 
  5. Now add the chocolate chips and mix again. 
  6. Grease a pan with coconut oil.  Pour the mixture into pan and press into the pan.  
  7. Let stand for about 30 minutes.  Once mixture has cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!!
