My No-Bake S’mores bars are the perfect holiday treat!

Everyone and I mean everyone loves these No-Bake S’mores Bars. They are gluten-free and vegan. I use coconut oil instead of butter, don’t add any other form of sugar and use vegan, chocolate chips.
Although these treats are scrumptious, they are also a healthier option for satisfying your sweet tooth. So, ditch the sugar-laden holiday cookies and make these instead.
With only 4 Ingredients, these bars will quickly become a family favorite. The kiddos will like the oozy-gooey marshmallows, gluten free Chex cereal and the melted chocolate morsels. Moms will love how easy these bars are to make. Totally fool-proof for the no-bakers out there…me!
These No-Bake S’mores Bars are ooey-gooey bites of heaven! With only 4 ingredients, they are easy to whip up. The recipe is Gluten-Free and Vegan-friendly!
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows ( I found gluten-free from Whole Foods)
- 1 box Rice Chex Cereal (gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chip chunks ( dairy-free, vegan brand called Enjoy Life)
Start by melting coconut oil in large saucepan.
Next add marshmallows and stir.
Once marshmallows are melted, remove from stovetop.
Fold in cereal and mix until completely combined.
Now add the chocolate chips and mix again.
Grease a pan with coconut oil. Pour the mixture into pan and press into the pan.
Let stand for about 30 minutes. Once mixture has cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!!
